LINKIO / AI CFO
Where is your money right now?
Orders, payouts and bank balances tell different stories. AI CFO is being built to reconcile them into a financial picture you can explain.
Pilots are not open yet. Applying starts a conversation, not a contract.
Money, by state
Demo- Available
- In the bank. Spendable today. 128 450,00PLN
- In transit
- Collected, not yet settled to you. 24 320,00PLN
- Not confirmed
- Delivered, collected, nowhere to be found. 3 420,00PLN
Three numbers, never one. The figures above are illustrative and describe no real business.
The gap
A sale is not money. It is a claim on money.
Your storefront reports revenue the moment an order is placed. Your bank reports cash days later, minus fees you did not model, for a set of orders that is not the same set. Both are correct. Neither answers the question.
Revenue is counted once
Then counted again as cash when it arrives, or missed entirely when it does not.
Fees are assumed, not read
A modelled rate and the rate actually withheld are rarely the same number — and the gap only shows up in the register.
Undelivered orders stay on the books
Money that was never collected sits in forecasts as though it were on its way.
Ad spend runs ahead of settlement
Today's budget is set against revenue that has not landed and may not land in full.
The path money takes
Five handovers, and only the last one is cash you can spend.
- 01
Order
A sale is recorded. No money has moved.
- 02
Delivery
Goods leave. The carrier takes on the cash.
- 03
Collection
Cash is collected at handover — by someone else.
- 04
Settlement
A register releases it, days later, in its own format.
- 05
Bank
The only point at which the money is yours to spend.
Between stage three and stage five a third party is holding your cash, on a schedule you do not set, and reporting it in a format you did not choose. That is the stretch where money goes quiet — and the stretch horizontal finance tools leave manual.
The discipline
Available. In transit. Not confirmed.
One number for “money” hides the only distinction that matters. These three are kept apart at the level of the data, not added up in a report and separated again by hand.
Available
Present in a bank account and reconciled against the credit that put it there. This is the only figure a spending decision may use.
In transit
Collected by someone else and owed to you on their schedule. Real, forecastable, and not yours to spend yet.
Not confirmed
The chain says it was collected; no register and no bank line agrees. Surfaced as an exception, with the records that disagree.
Where a source has not reported, the system says so. It does not interpolate a figure to make a balance look complete.
Worked example
One discrepancy, followed to the end.
Three orders that a summary screen would render identically. Open each one to see where its money actually is, and which of the three is worth interrupting someone over.
The value is not the alert. It is that the alert arrives attached to the records that produced it, so you can disagree with it.
Reconciliation walk-through
DemoIllustrative data. Not a customer.- Order placedStorefront records the sale
- Handed to carrierParcel accepted, cash to be collected
- Delivered, cash collectedCarrier confirms collection
- Settlement registermissingTwo registers passed, order absent from both
- Bank creditmissingNo matching credit found
The goods are gone and the carrier says the cash was taken, but no register and no bank line carries it. This is the exception worth a person's attention — and the kind that quietly ages past the window to query it.
Select a row to follow one order along its rail. Amounts, order numbers and outcomes are invented for this preview and describe no real merchant.
The questions behind it
What an owner actually asks, in the words they use.
- How much of today's revenue can I actually spend?
- Which deliveries were collected but never settled to me?
- What did the carrier really withhold last month, against what I assumed?
- What is my undelivered-order rate, and is it getting worse?
- If I raise ad spend this week, what lands in the bank and when?
- What needs my attention today — and nothing else?
The best outcome is a quiet system. If nothing needs a decision, you should hear nothing.
Status, stated plainly
What exists, what is in preview, what is planned.
We would rather understate readiness than describe a roadmap as a product. Version numbers and dates are not evidence that something works.
Running today
- A single-tenant system reconciling a real carrier settlement register
- Order ↔ delivery ↔ collection matching against a live register
- Bank balances and transactions read from live accounts, read-only
- Delivery status and collection flags read from the carrier
- An immutable record of what the automated checks decided
In preview, under validation
- The interfaces shown on this page
- Daily brief and exception alerts
- Commerce and advertising modules connected, workflow not yet validated
- A second payment rail in integration
Planned, not built
- Multi-tenant isolation — the gap that permits another company's data
- Independent security assessment, before any external financial data
- One canonical ledger with versioned, tested calculation methods
- Cash forecast, P&L and per-order unit economics
The system that exists runs inside one company, which the founder owns. It is a proving ground — not a customer, not a reference, and not evidence that it will work for you. Finding that out is what a pilot is for. There are no external paying customers today.
Pilot
Apply for an AI CFO pilot.
A small number of merchants, chosen for how their money moves rather than how large they are. Cash on delivery, a carrier that settles on its own schedule, and more than one payment rail is the profile that teaches us the most.
- No credentials are requested or accepted on this page.
- No external customer data is processed before an independent security assessment.
- No saving, return or outcome is promised, and no price is set.
